Invented by 2 passionate American fitness and music, the Pound is a hyper dynamiccourse that mixes strength, cardio work and dance, all in music and using 'sticks', plastic rods that resemble sticks of batteries. Each movement is punctuated by percussion of sticks together or on the ground, which accentuates the effort while giving arhythm and musicality to the course. For 45 minutes, we train in fun and... enjoyable!
The benefits:
It burns a lot of calories (approximately 500 per course) because the whole body is involved. It is muscle, strengthens cardiovascular endurance while improving its coordination and its sense of rhythm.
