200g of brandade of cod Coudène
1 red pepper
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 slice of pumpkin
Prepare a slurry of each vegetable separately. Melt with onions with olive oil.
Share the preparation with each of the vegetables. Simmer.
Mix each grout and let cool.
Garnish the verrines of grout and cover of brandade with a fluted pocket.
Decorate according to your taste with chives, parsley or a twist of lemon.
Refrigerate until serving.
